Offline Journal is a printed document of contemporary photography in, from and of Wales - a country rich in photographic history and talent.

First published in 2018, each issue of Offline Journal is a limited edition, and articles from printed Journals do not appear online.

Offline Journal was created to bring new photography and writing on photography from Wales to the fore. It remains the only biannual publication in Wales – printed ink on paper each April & October – bringing together new photography and new writing to encourage more discussion and critique amongst increasingly diverse and visually-literate audiences, and celebrate talent working in multiple genres of photography and communities across Wales.

The Journal and its supplements are edited and published in Wales by Brian Carroll, a graphic designer, videographer and co-founder of Ffoton Wales.
